too full of yourself

you ungrateful brat.
are you so full of yourself that you care about nothing and no one but what evolves around you?
what exactly is in that head of yours?

do you care nothing about other people's feelings?
are their feelings so insignificant for you to ignore?
and to think that you have such good people and things surrounding you
who would've thought you're such an ungrateful brat,
taking things for granted, taking people for granted.

who are you to do this to them?
never think you're above anyone, coz you're not.
and you'll never be.

someday, this attitude of yours will be your downfall.
if it hasn't already happen, it will in the future.

every action has its consequences.
for now, the consequences of your actions might not be catastrophic.
but someday, something will blow up so out of proportion that you don't even see it coming.
though i'd hate for that to happen to you, it'll actually be a good lesson for you.
shake things up for good, that kinda stuff.
but if the word "humility" found its way into your dictionary before that,
i'd be happier.

and let's hope so. coz it's very hard to see someone fall so hard.
