while having supper on new year's day, we saw a mom cuddling a baby. he was so cute and responsive and smiley. he kept looking our way and smiled. while chewing and sucking his thumb.
mom asked his mother whether he was a boy or a girl.
and the mother said "남자" (boy).
we were surprised to meet koreans in our area coz well we rarely see them around.
wanted so much to speak to the mother in korean but nah...my mind went blank. so in the end i spoke english. and she replied in english with gestures.
he is 9 months old. he has 5 teeth. previously he only had 3 but now he has 5. he was still wide awake at 1am but his mother said it's time for his bed and they're going home already.
about 5 minutes later, they went home. the mother and the baby stopped by to say bye. we said annyeong but the mother said sayonara to us. lol.
