indifferent?

i don't know whether it's because of the job or i just got tired of getting involved in the line of fire or i just don't care anymore.

i will ignore when he misbehaves. unless he's getting violent or too uncontrollable or embarrassing us. i don't wanna provoke him further in his mood. it only aggravates the situation. and make us all get more frustrated and angry. and everyone is not happy.

you may not see that we are trying our best to help him regulate his emotions. you may think that we are not doing a good job teaching him. well, you could be right, we don't really know what to do, how to deal with his mood swings or how to teach him social etiquettes. and sometimes, our emotions just get the better of us and we claw at each other too.

i know you don't agree with our ways. we don't agree with yours either.
i know you're frustrated with us, with him.

and this is a rude thing to say, but you're not the one who's been with him when he's at his worst and his best.
we may not always know what works best for him, what's best for him, but we know him.
and we're trying.

give suggestions and voice out your observations, but please refrain from condemning us?
some things and attitudes are difficult to change.

give us time. and space.
