it's only been a week and a half, and you tell me i don't look as tired as i used to? didn't the singse say the medication is slow-reacting? but you are already seeing some improvements? wow. i mean, just wow.
i wouldn't make that kinda conclusion so fast y'know. after all, this is chinese traditional medicine, not some miracle pill or miracle doctor?
i know i'm being disrespectful but i can't help but be annoyed. i didn't wanna tell another lie and lift your hopes up or preserve your cognitive dissonance, but the fact that i didn't say what was on my mind is sorta-kinda a lie, isn't it?
i wish i could drive in the point that this is no miracle doctor, that there is no miracle treatment, that this is just another of a string of trial-and-error.
being hopeful and trusting of the treatment is good to a certain extent. after all, placebo effect is proven to work. but don't you think we should be a little more realistic if not skeptical?
i feel pressured by all this. your expectation for this to work, and your belief that this is IT.
i wish you could just take it easy and wait it out. i mean, it's only been a week and a half. seriously.
