nope, i didn't watch any of the matches. only snippets of replays. but i'm still happy that they won. was doubtful at some point coz Germany was playing so well and Portugal was not bad either. and a small voice in me said that their luck couldn't be that good. but i was all for supporting Spain either way =P

though they weren't the same strong and exciting team two and four years back throughout the tournament, they certainly polished their swords and packed their guns well for the finals. and what a final it was!

how i wish Villa and Puyol were playing too. it would've been different i tell ya.

anyways, i'm happy that Casillas is in. he's just the best XD 

oh...it's so good to see Iniesta, Xavi, Xabi Alonso and Fabregas. me faves =)

though Casillas still is at the top of my fav football players =P

anyways, congrats Spain. though i hope that you'll lift the World Cup again in 2014, the rational side of me thinks that it might not be the case. still, i'll be rooting for you =)
