thought it would come through. but alas, religion and ethinicity tripped us at the final step.
it's a sensitive issue, especially in these times. as much as i could see the potential problem, i couldn't understand the reason. it just goes to reinforce my opinion that it's very rigid and ancient.
as much as i love the work, this puts a dent in what we have hoped to happen. and we wanna do more than what we are doing right now. and although i know i shouldn't rush things, but i wish i'd be able to expand my experiences within the time frame i've given myself.
and it would've been lovely for the children as well. sigh...no use thinking about what wouldn't be anymore. can only hope that another solution would come up soon.
