this week has been a bit weird for me. first i took my first mc for fever, albeit half day only. then we went visiting to another center at the spur of the moment, of course we had already done the important work. and then i had a very nice teaching day the next day... i surprised myself for how i managed that day. all the objectives i set were met =) and then on the same day, it was the first time i had so many conversations with the boy, and he was speaking very nicely too! and he was saying the sentences i taught him in the previous week, clearly. =D i'm so happy, so proud.
i love it when the children approached me and talked to me, though sometimes i have no idea what they were trying to tell me. and i get the kick whenever i managed to guess their words correctly. their eyes glimmer too when someone finally understands them. aww.
i wanna do so much yet i can only do so much. but when they pick something up, it's really fascinating. and i hope i'm setting a good example to them for them to learn all the good things.
on a side note, i need to polish up the things i learned in my ABA training. i've done some but not all. i should be doing them all......
