just when they've finally decided staying in pj area is the best course of action (which they should've seen it long long time ago), the section 17 house was taken by someone else.

then we went to ss2 borderline kelana jaya.
and today we went to kg tunku.

i love the house. why? let's see.

big house? check.
with land? check.
big rooms? check.
cheap rental? check.
kind compassionate owners? check.
location? check.
built-in cabinets? check.
airconditioning? check.

tell me it's not suitable for our program? tell me.

it's almost perfect, i tell you. i want it so so so so bad.

but we still need the committee to commit to it. (you can be sure we will pressure them a lot) and even if they're going for it, we are at the owners' mercy to rent it to us. coz they're looking for suitable tenants who will maintain the house in a good condition.

please please please, let this be it. let this be our next home, please?

i have a good feeling about the place. but i am not too sure whether the owner feels we're the right tenant.
