Beginning of the Jan09 semester

sth to look back on when i complete this semester. a point of reference.

sorta-kinda made a few vows regarding my studies on the new year's day. have a feeling i won't fulfill them...as usual. anyway...here goes.

1. read before goin to class.
2. read after class n rewrite notes.
3. get out of my comfort zone.
4. exercise more discipline.
5. manage my time well.

so far...none accomplished. so sad eih?

on the bright side though, i still have time to accomplish it =)

time will tell...time will tell.

my 1st class hons...

kinda tough to reach considering my current state.

mayb i'm just not good enough. or...i haven't worked hard enough.

kinda at wits end on what i can do to grasp the 1st class hons firmly in my hands.

lectures...

the 1st 2 weeks were okay. 2/5 of the lecturers i'm already familiar with. so no prob there. excited to be in their class again ^^

the others...am enjoying one of the classes coz...i like the subject =) even though i sucked at biology. ironic, isn't it? someone who used to get frustrated studying biology in secondary school would now enjoy biopsych that much. hahaha

advanced quants...can we have ms winnee please??? not that i dislike AL...but i prefer ms winnee's classes. keeps me alert n awake at all times. oh...how i miss "question 1".

abnormal psych...when i entered college life in 2006, never would've thought that i'd go back to the copying-stuff-on-the-board days. gawd...how am i gonna endure the rest of the sem like this? hope she'll realize our 'suffering' n change. *sigh*

still ok, for now. they're quite interesting, really. i think it'll be fun doing them ^^

still in 'honeymoon' mood right now. haven't switched to study-serious mode yet.

just when i've started settling back into college, i've gotta prepare for the coming CNY next mon. plus, the fact that i haven't gotten all of my textbooks made it worse.

but then again...they're excuses, aren't they? *sigh*

i'm done with watching kdramas for now. Iljimae is a nice ending to my drama-watching days (which ended on the 1st week of sem ^^). will resume when the semester ends. hurray!!

it's just nice that TVXQ! is back working in japan. n SuJu will comeback earliest in march. won't have that much vids to watch. hehehe =P
