it's all XXX's fault. what kind of system do they have??
just because i have to change ordinary internet account status to that of OKU...i'd have to terminate my current internet account. if that wasn't enough...i can only apply for the new OKU account one month later. they say it's for QUARANTINE purpose.
wth!
lucky i have a month and a half of holidays. and mt isn't in great need of internet. or else i'd have to pay another rm22 for dunno how many months more n let them rake in unjustified profit.
can't they make exceptions for OKU applicants?? wth
if other service providers have cheaper packages...i would've forgone the current one for them. but compared to the price i'm getting for similar bandwidth...i'm willing to 'sacrifice' the one month and the trouble for making the trips to the damn XXX center doing foolish termination n application stuff.
n do they have SUPER SLOW system. n they claim they offer the best internet service. so not true.
n the worst part is...i can't do all those stuff alone. my dad has to come with me too coz he's the account holder. i can't represent him. wth.
[T/N: my dad is not an OKU citizen. a member of my family is. don't go making the wrong conclusions]
i'm okay with going through all the these on my own. but dragging my dad along????
do u know how long we waited for our turn last time but end up being told we can't change the account status on the spot??
man, was i riled up. too bad i didn't blow off then n give them hell. i was so baffled man.
shouldn't the person on the reception counter at least know what the procedures are for doing that? if they'd have told me earlier...i wouldn't have to waste 2 hours of my time and my dad's time doing fruitless waiting.
well..not that fruitless anyway...i got to know how flawed their system and service is.
i'm not dissappointed for not being able to go online for a month. in fact...i'd love it coz i'll be able to catch up on my book reading.
i'm riled up because of the stupid system and stupid procedures. and god knows how long it would take the reapplication. i do hope it would be done and over with before i have to do my 3rd year preparations.
even though i can always go over cousin's house for internet...i don't really want to impose myself. but then again...why should i feel like that when they'd welcome me with open arms??
anyway...i'm gonna go over XXX center to terminate my internet account this friday. damn i hate waiting.
on another note...i made preparations to help pass time for the one month. for the past week..i've been downloading dramas and variety shows almost 24/7. it's not much really. just 2 Jdrama and 4 episodes of family outing.
i know...these won't last me for a whole month. but i just bought a book consisting 6 novels by George Orwell [most famous for Animal Farm and 1984]. finally. wheeee ^^
